The Telehealth Regulations course is designed to provide an introductory overview of telehealth industry regulations pre- and post-COVID-19 regarding licensure requirements, patient consent, HIPAA compliance, business associate agreements, and legislative review and resources.  It is a foundation level course and is recommended to be taken prior to attempting other telehealth courses.
